The fundamentals CrossFit Attollo class is a pre-requisite (recommended) for advancing to our Crossfit classes.

 

On Ramp teaches you the 9 foundational CrossFit movements: air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, snatch and clean.

 

You’ll learn how to safely perform the movements with high levels of technique. We, also, effectively teach you other technical skills including kettlebell swings, pull-ups, rowing, and much more.

 

Foundations is an integral part of the getting-started process when joining a CrossFit gym. You want to invest in properly learning these movements before performing CrossFit workouts.

 

You have the option of attending a foundations class as scheduled here, or doing the course one-on-one with a coach.

 

The regular scheduled foundations class is included in your monthly membership and if you prefer to do your foundations one-on-one with a coach (Personal Training Session) at an ideal time for you that is an option as well at additional cost.

 

The foundations class will include technical training and feedback on your movements, the theory behind Crossfit, an explanation into why our programming is ideal for your fitness, and a workout.

 

You will become familiar with the rules and vernacular of CrossFit while you learn and practice safe, proper exercise technique. We will closely supervise the development of your execution and technique of these movements. Competence in these movements will build a foundation to perform the CrossFit workouts.

Can I get started on a non fundamentals week?

*YES! We encourage individuals to start at anytime whether its the week of a fundamentals class or an in between week.

All workouts are scalable to each and every athletes individual needs.
