CrossFit for Women

Our Women’s Program is designed for all of the extraordinary women at CrossFit Attollo.

CrossFit Attollo is proud to be home to the only Women-Only CrossFit Program in the Vancouver Area.

Our Women’s Program is designed for all of the extraordinary women at CrossFit Attollo.

CrossFit Attollo is proud to be home to the only Women-Only CrossFit Program in the Vancouver Area.

Our Women’s-Only classes follow the same CrossFit programming as every other class at CrossFit Attollo, but provide a unique fun, relaxed atmosphere. If you’ve been intimidated to try CrossFit, these classes are a great way to test the waters. Don’t think you need to get “in shape” before you come to a class! All of our workouts will be tailored to meet your abilities, regardless of your athletic experience. Our ladies have diverse backgrounds and goals – from high school athletes to soccer moms, or training to get back those pre-baby bodies. A kid's area is provided with no additional cost to kids ages 2 and up.

CrossFit Women's Only Class is Designed For:

Any woman, regardless of experience and fitness level

Moms on-the-go (kid area provided!!)

Overworked businesswomen

Women who might train better in a female only environment

This class is coached by CF Level 1 Trainer, mother and wife, Brooke Velazquez.

First Session is FREE!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:30am

Cost: $75 monthly unlimited or $8 drop in
