CrossFit Attollo ~ Intro to CrossFit Course Starts February 6th

Overview

Our CrossFit Attollo Intro Course is designed to familiarize you with the basic Crossfit movements so that you can safely participate in group training classes and maximize your results. Our Intro Course consist of 3 sessions. Each session is 90 minutes, and includes a warm-up, a skills lesson, a workout, and a cool down. The Intro Course will be tailored to meet each individual’s current fitness level.

Goals

The goal of the Intro Course is to introduce you to:

~Basic CrossFit Movements

~Managing Intensity

~Appropriate Scaling

~Coaching Cues

~CrossFit Terminology

~Mobility

~Tracking your progress

~Comfortable workout clothes and shoes

$75 (plus tax)

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

February 6th, 8th, and 10th
