4 Week Bootcamp for Moms
Bootcamp for Moms is a way for new moms or veteran moms to exercise while keeping their little one by their side. Like all, moms are especially challenged to find time to exercise when taking care of their kids. Training offers a unique and exciting way to create a healthier you. This class is the perfect way to get a challenging work out without the worry of child care or babysitting. Not only can you bring your children with you, you will be providing an excellent example on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Bootcamp for Moms offers a fun, non-competitive environment during which modification exercises are taught, and all moms are encouraged to go at their own pace. Classes offer a great workout for moms and a lot of fun for the kids. A fun play area is provided for the more active toddlers to play.
Classes will be offered on Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10:30am to 11:30am starting Monday, May 16th to Friday, June 17th
Cost is $129 and includes programmed workouts, before/after photos, measurements, nutrition guidance with a meal plan.
All classes are taught by an ISSA certified fitness instructor & CrossFit Level 1 trainer, Brooke Velazquez.
